Lesson 4:  Triplet Based Grooves


This lesson switches the feel of the grooves to triplet 8th notes with a snare back beat on beats 2 and 4.  The first two videos are two examples from the lesson with music play alongs, followed by the playlist of ALL the grooves on their own. (Hit the hamburger icon to see any of those examples).  There are also song clips that use the triplet feel grooves you can try to play along to.  Keep in mind it is a clip within the song, so when it starts, try to come in after you hear 4 beats!
